What happens when I run out of credits?
Launch plans use hard caps. Metered operations stop with an upgrade prompt until you upgrade or your next billing cycle replenishes credits.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Not at launch. Credit top-ups and overages are planned for v1.1; today, the supported path is moving to a larger monthly plan.
Does annual billing exist?
Not at launch. Monthly billing keeps the first release simple; annual prices are planned for v1.1.
How are agent sessions protected from runaway usage?
Every persisted agent session has a 50-credit safety cap by default. The cap can be tuned for Enterprise deployments.
What happens if payment fails?
Stripe Smart Retries handles retry attempts. The launch policy is a 14-day grace period before suspension.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so active access is not interrupted mid-cycle.
